Few women have an orgasm during regular sex and men usually last shorter than most women. just be honest about it and let the guy have her come by using his fingers after he have finished.

Girls fake orgasms. Women don't. A good female partner will massage themselves during lovemaking with their man. The sex is so much better when both are turned on at the same time. It's a win win.
